A group of friends take refuge in a deserted sanatorium after they are left stranded in a snowstorm. Later, the place becomes a death trap when man-eating cannibals surround them.
A whiteout traps you in an abandoned sanatorium where warmth is the only lure and every corridor narrows toward slaughter. This is survival horror stripped to bone and viscera, trading suspense for relentless, wince-inducing carnage. The cold outside offers no escape; the interior offers worse. Expect dread by attrition rather than mystery.
