As a string of brutal murders plague the city, two undercover detectives race to solve the mystery and unmask the killer. A pulpy, neon-soaked stalk through a city where the dead spell a message in blood. The dread here is lurid rather than crawling — a stylized slasher that keeps you off balance with sleaze, tension, and the slow accretion of coded clues. Expect a low simmer of unease more than sustained terror.
