Tommy is bitten by a werewolf during a camping trip a week before the start of his senior year. After becoming a werewolf, he fights against supernatural entities to keep his hometown of Pleasantville safe.
Fear lives here only in costume. This is monster-of-the-week fun with the lights on—rubber fangs, high-school hijinks, and a curse played for laughs rather than terror. The dread is decorative, the scares are gentle enough for a Saturday afternoon, and the werewolf is more sidekick than nightmare.
